Release of NoManLeftBehind

NoManLeftBehind was created to help me out with the differences between Teleport and Portal.

Countless times i've accidently Teleported when I meant to make a Portal for the party at the end of an instance.

This will remind you if you are in a party and you cast Teleport...
"Are you sure you want to leave your friends behind?"

If you are in a Party it will display the Portal you are creating...
