Fixes

• Overlapping UI: The expanded Notch now has a minimum width (at least 1000 px, and always wide enough to fit all four tabs in full). This also applies to existing installs with a narrower saved width, so tabs, the header and the profession cards no longer overlap. Your saved width setting is not changed; a larger setting still wins.
• Skill guide, Cooking and First Aid: Material amounts were shown as "1" for every step. They are now multiplied by the number of crafts (for example, Cooking 62-150: 18 Bear Meat, 45 Boar Ribs, 45 Mild Spices). This also fixes the exported list and the "craftable" highlight.
• Professions tab: The Skillguide button is slightly narrower so it no longer collides with the skill value.

Notes

• Cooking and First Aid counts remain estimates (about one craft per skill point) until the Forever skill-up curve has been measured.
