No Tooltip Fading for EllesmereUI

This addon deactivates the Fading of Tooltips, especially useful for EllesmereUI.

It works in help of an auto-script command in the console, so you dont have to type it in yourself everytime you reload the game.

So its simply a Quality of Life Feature for the deactivation of Tooltip Fading :)

Created because I needed it myself and wanted to share it to the publicity.
