Fixed

- Friends/guild whitelist (Battle.net) — `RebuildTrustedAuthorCache` now walks all Battle.net friends (`BNGetNumFriends` total count), not only online friends; offline BNet friends were previously missing from the trusted-author cache.
- Friends/guild whitelist (zone load) — `PLAYER_ENTERING_WORLD` invalidates the guild roster cache and rebuilds the trusted-author cache when the whitelist is enabled, so roster data is not reused stale after changing zones.

- Channel whitelist (GUI) — only positive whole-number channel IDs are accepted when adding entries (rejects decimals and non-numeric tokens).
