No Combat Text

This addon used to be just two lines with no options. Now, you can toggle which combat event text is shown or hidden on player/pet frames ingame and the setting will be remembered.

v3.623.1:

• reversed setting logic, since it makes better sense to check what you want to show than have everything checked to hide all
• minor code change to saved variables, causes options to reset to default
