No Combat Text

This addon used to be just two lines with no options. Now, you can toggle which combat event text is shown or hidden on player/pet frames ingame and the setting will be remembered.

v3.622:

• this hasn't been working for the last month and a half due to a dumb variable error. i'm surprised there's no comments or tickets with the amount of downloads when my lesser-known addon got a comment over a one-time error. my apologies to anyone who noticed.
• removed the interface options fix. i suggest you install BlizzBugsSuck if you want that.
• minor code cleanup
