No Combat Text

This addon used to be just two lines with no options. Now, you can toggle the combat event text ingame and the setting will be remembered.

v2.6: packed all the code into a small 21-line 1,248-character blob (1.2KB). Memory usage, as small as it was, should now be practically non-existent.
