NMO's Better Mail

Upgrades the mailbox experience to make life easier!

Feature Summary

  • Recent recipients — automatically records every person you mail and pre-fills the To: field when you open the mailbox.
  • Favorites — Save people you regularly mail to your favorites and they will show up at the top of the recent list. Account-wide or per-character options.
  • Recipient autocomplete dropdown — as you type in the To: field, a filtered suggestion list appears with colour-coded tags for Favorites, Recent, Friends, and Guild members.
  • Recipient context-menu button — a dropdown arrow next to the To: field opens a menu of Favorites and Recents.
  • Quick Attach panel — a floating panel docked to the right of the Send Mail frame with one-click buttons to attach items by category: Reagents, Weapons, Armor, Trade Goods, Consumables, and All Items.
  • Bag filter — a row of toggle buttons in the Quick Attach panel lets you restrict attachment scanning to a specific bag (Backpack or bags 1–4).
  • Attachment presets — save the current attachments as a named preset and reload it later with the load preset button.
  • Auto-subject — automatically fills in the subject line based on what you have attached - items and money (configurable).
  • Subject templates — a dropdown button next to the Subject field with quick-fill templates with {date} and {money} placeholders (configurable).
  • Mass Send queue — a separate panel lets you paste a list of recipients; after each successful send the next name is pre-filled automatically, with optional preset auto-reload between sends.
  • Inbox search — a text filter overlaid on the inbox dims rows that don't match the sender/subject query, with a clear button.
  • Expiry highlighting — mail rows are tinted orange or red as they approach their expiration date/time, with a configurable warning threshold (hours).
  • Inbox gold total — a label below the search box shows the total collectible (non-COD) gold across all inbox items.
  • Reply button — a Reply button on the open-mail detail frame pre-fills the To: field with the sender and adds a "Re: " prefix to the subject.
