NMO's Aura Bars

• Improved performance a bit
• Fixed a nagging bug

This is about as good as we're going to be able to get it in the current state of Midnight's API restrictions. Any buffs you see out of combat will be remembered and shown appropriately during combat (*probably, I haven't tested every scenario). Any brand new buffs that show up during combat which you haven't seen show up in the timed box as appropriate, but they have no timer on them (time is a secret value on these combat buffs/debuffs).
