+ fix1: Shadow textures do not require a global name and therefore no longer conflict with Blizzard textures.
+ fix2: FloatingBG is now always hidden (not only with HasExtraActionBar()), and the shadow is only shown when the extra bar is actually active.
+ fix3: Blizzard's ExtraActionButton1FloatingBG is proactively hidden right at startup and permanently suppressed with a hooksecurefunc so that Blizzard cannot bring it back.
