    - UI update timer
    * Use the CTA tracking timer to update the UI if it shown so times
          don't appear to be very stale when <1min.
    - Fix scenario tracking.
    * Scenarios are LFG type 4, not 2, as I'd originally guessed.
        * Hide tank and healer roles in scnearios as they are not
          used/reported.
