    Suspend addon during M+ and Mythic Raids to avoid SecretValue taint errors

    Adds mythic content detection via CHALLENGE_MODE events and GetInstanceInfo()
    difficultyID check. The addon silently pauses during restricted content and
    resumes automatically when it ends. Bump version to 1.0.7.
