### Fixed
- **Cooldown fallback:** when every in-bag priority row is on cooldown (e.g. Healthstone on CD with 0 left), the macro now falls through to the next stocked row (e.g. Healing Potion Injector) instead of pinning to the top on-CD item.
### Added
- **While dead or ghost:** macro bodies are not rewritten to the placeholder until you release; macros refresh again on **PLAYER_UNGHOST**.
