- Target time-to-die: estimated from a health ring buffer per target
GUID, shown next to the OOM timer, and used to gate suggestions —
DoTs are no longer recommended on mobs that won't outlive them
  (VT ~8s, SW:P ~6s, VE ~10s, Starshards ~8s, DP ~12s); on dying
targets the priority falls through to direct damage, making SW:D
  the natural execute
- Racial DoT support: Devouring Plague (Undead) and Starshards
(Night Elf) slotted above Mind Flay per standard TBC priority; DP
  is mana-gated at 60% since it's a DPS gain with a huge mana cost;
tracker row is now laid out dynamically to fit the racial slot
- Inner Focus pairing alert: reminds you to spend IF on DP or SW:P
(DoTs can't crit in TBC, so IF is a mana cooldown and belongs on
the priciest DoT); holds IF for DP on Undead when DP is nearly ready
- Time-until-OOM display, projected from fight-average mana drain
(anchored at combat start — stable, unlike a sliding window)
- Latency-aware DoT refresh windows via live world ping
- Post-fight report after 30s+ fights: SW:P/VT uptime, VT mana
returned to the group, VE healing, MB/SW:D cast counts
- Layout fixes: left-aligned column, timer text centered on tracker
icons, USE! label moved inside the pop-out icon, HIGH frame strata
so action bars can't overlap the text
