Fixed

- Leveling (TBC / Classic) — With no talent points spent yet, non-Druid / non-Paladin classes now default to the first talent-tab spec token so a real APL loads instead of Emergency Fallback (same idea as Druid Balance at levels 1–9).
- Druid shapeshift — `UPDATE_SHAPESHIFT_FORM` refreshes spec detection and recommendations immediately when entering or leaving Cat/Bear (Energy/Rage), not only on the next tick.
- Spellbook / talents — `SPELLS_CHANGED` and `PLAYER_TALENT_UPDATE` invalidate APL lane caches and mark state dirty after training, respec, or new spells.
- Zoning / login — `PLAYER_ENTERING_WORLD` triggers an immediate Update so spellbook and talent caches apply right after load (not only on the next interval).
- Import / profile load — `FinalizeSettingsRestore` syncs Paladin seal legacy fields, refreshes the spellbook cache, and invalidates APL caches (panel import and `/natbc import` aligned with `/natbc profile load`).
