Fixed
- `NextActionTBCDB.runtimeStats` — periodic snapshots now store `core_update_avg1`, `core_update_max1`, and `core_update_n` correctly (the previous table literal only captured one return value from `GetMetricWindow`).
- `UNIT_RANGEDDAMAGE` — event was registered but had no handler; `Engine:OnRangedDamageChanged` is now invoked for the player so ranged swing speed updates (e.g. Hunter) stay in sync with haste/gear changes.
