UI polishments:
- Introduce the concept of a "Layout mode scope" and allow users switch between different scopes via a dropdown.
- Introduce a new `ActionRow` widget for displaying action buttons. Onboard existing buttons to this widget.
- Support map rotation in Sszorak settings.
