NetherUI 2.0.28 - Settings window scroll bar
A /reload is enough.

Fixed
- Two scroll bars on a settings page. When you switched tabs, the last
  page's scroll bar stayed on screen. It sat over the new page's own bar
  and scrolled the page you had left. Each page now shows only its own
  scroll bar.
- Unit frames tab: words on top of each other. The "NetherBars is drawing
  the unit frames" notice was drawn over the Player row. The rows now
  start below the notes, however many lines they take.
- Unit frames tab: Crest art button. It covered the "Health: current /
  max" tick box, which now sits just below it.
