NetherSocial 0.1.1 - Controllers

Restart the game after updating (new files). A /reload is not enough.

- Works with a controller. With the game's controller support on (Settings > Controls > Gamepad), the d-pad
  moves a highlight between the buttons of every NetherSocial window, A presses, B goes back, the bumpers turn
  the pages and the right stick scrolls; Y moves a window and X sizes it (kept like a drag). With ConsolePort,
  its own cursor drives the windows instead. In a fight the controller goes straight back to your character.
  NetherSuite > Settings > Behaviour > "Controller navigation in Nether windows" turns it on or off for the
  whole family. Moving the window with Y keeps its place, like a drag.
- Place things with the controller: the minimap button. NetherSuite > Settings > Behaviour > "Place things
  with the controller" (or its key binding): the d-pad moves the highlighted piece (a minimap button turns
  round the minimap), the bumpers go to the next one, X switches big and small steps, Y sizes what can be
  sized, A keeps it, B puts it back.
