NetherChat - Custom Chat w/Messenger

Version 2.0.16 - Trade Board, minimap button, every setting in NetherSuite

Restart the game after updating (new files were added). A /reload is not enough.

NEW
- Trade Board. Trade chat as a board you can read at a glance: Offers, Requests and Services (mage portals and food, warlock summons, lockpicking, enchanting), with a search and "Best deal first". Each post shows the item, the price asked, NetherGoblin's market price beside it (green when it is a good deal), "x7 in 20 min" for a repeated post, "you have 12" on a request you could fill, and your People face for the poster.
    - Click a post to whisper the poster: the whisper is typed for you, you finish and send it. Shift-click links the item; right-click to watch an item (a toast when someone posts it), mute it, or hide a poster for the session.
    - After you post a trade ad, a toast tells you when it can go out again.
    - Optional, off to start: share your own trade ads with your guild.
    - Posts are kept for this session only. Open it with Shift-click on the minimap button or /nchat trade; Settings > Trade Board. The chat itself is untouched, and NetherChat never sends a trade line or a whisper for you.
- A minimap button. Left-click opens the Messenger (or the settings while the Messenger is off), right-click the settings, drag it around the minimap's edge (kept for all your characters). General > Minimap button shows or hides it, "Lock the minimap button" keeps it in place, /nchat minimap too. Collectors such as NetherButtonGrabber pick it up. The Messenger's optional unread-count button for collectors is now named NetherChatMessengerMinimapButton.
- Your faces in chat. With The Explorer's Backpack installed, a player you rated in its People journal has your face for them (Great, Good, Okay, Poor or Avoid) before their name in chat. Only you see it. Settings > Names > Your face for players you rated.
- Fonts & Sounds. With NetherUI_Media installed, NetherChat's text follows your choices in NetherSuite > Fonts & Sounds (the fonts for text, titles and numbers, the text size, outline and shadow) at once, and the family's master mute silences its sounds. Nothing changes until you choose something.
- With Nether Social installed, the Messenger's title bar has a friends button that opens your friends' window.

CHANGED
- Every setting is now in NetherSuite's search, straight from NetherChat's own settings window: each chat type's sound, sticky setting, colour swatch and channel label, every Compatibility switch, the Reload button, and the options of NetherChat plugins. Settings found before keep working, pinned and recent searches included.

LICENCE
- Plugins and addons that work alongside NetherChat stay welcome, but changing NetherChat's own files in any way (by hand, by script or with an AI) is not allowed. See LICENSE.txt, section 2.
