A /reload is enough after updating.

- The Nether family's minimap buttons are left to NetherSuite while it gathers
  them; every other addon's button is still taken into the Orbit. Switch
  NetherSuite's "Gather the family's minimap buttons" off and they come into the
  Orbit again.
- NetherButtonGrabber's own Orbit button steps aside with the rest of the family
  while NetherSuite gathers them. NetherSuite's right-click list and /nbg open the
  settings.
- The mouse wheel slides a short Orbit. On a minimap at the screen's edge, a few
  buttons used to sit together at the start of the track and the wheel only
  swapped them. Now the wheel slides the group along the track, end to end, and
  the place is kept.
- New in the API: NetherButtonGrabber:Rescan().
