Version 3.0.28 - Buff reminders, DoT timers, combo points around the portrait

Restart the game after updating (new files). A /reload is not enough.

NEW
- Buff reminders. Your own long buffs that are missing (Arcane Intellect and an armour, Fortitude and Inner Fire, Mark of the Wild and Thorns, Demon Skin or Armor, a blessing and an aura, an aspect, Battle Shout, Lightning Shield) show as buttons above your player frame: click one to cast it (the highest rank you know). In dungeons and raids, a weapon oil, stone or poison you carry when your main hand has none. The row hides in combat. Right-click a button to hide it until you log out. Settings > Reminders (everywhere, only in dungeons and raids, or off).
- DoT timers. Your damage-over-time spells on your target, as small icons under the target frame with the time left, lit when it is safe to cast again without clipping. WoW Forever hides a mob's auras from addons in combat, so these are kept from your own casts: a resist or a dispel isn't seen, and a new cast starts the timer again.
- Combo points can arc around the target's portrait. A theme's painted target plate can ask for it (comboRing, comboSize in its native frame spec): each point gained adds one gem on an arc around the portrait, which fades and grows in. Azerothian Travelers uses it; other themes keep the row as before.
- Fonts & Sounds. With NetherUI_Media installed, NetherBars' text follows your choices in NetherSuite > Fonts & Sounds (the fonts for text, titles and numbers, the text size, outline and shadow) at once, and the family's master mute silences its sounds. Nothing changes until you choose something.

CHANGED
- Every setting is now in NetherSuite's search, straight from the NetherBars window and the Classic Vanilla style editor, so new options show up by themselves. Newly findable: the rare arcs, Threat Plates (with NetherMeters), PvP badge and timer, Happiness meter, Mood pips, the Pet XP panel, the Profiles tab's Include NetherUI and Include the Edit Mode layout, Enemy health: current / max, and the Classic Vanilla editor's Also inside instances and Minimap button. Each result shows the setting's current value.

LICENCE
- Plugins and addons that work alongside NetherBars stay welcome, but changing NetherBars' own files in any way (by hand, by script or with an AI) is not allowed. See LICENSE.txt, section 2.
