• feat: add checkbox for suggesting Covenant abilities
  Add a toggle for Covenant abilities for certain zones that prevent
  the use of those abilities, e.g., Mage Tower, but Ovale can't
  correctly detect those abilties are unusable.
• refactor: use Talent() instead of HasTalent() for brevity
• fix(warrior): use correct spell ID for Execute for fury warriors
  The spell ID for Execute on fury warriors changes depending on
  whether or not the Massacre talent is active, and similarly for
  Condemn if the warrior is Venthyr. Replace Execute with the correct
  spell in each case.
• feat(paladin): preliminary script for protection paladin
  Add preliminary support for protection paladins with a script based
  on the Wowhead Protection Paladin Rotation Guide for 9.1.5.
