  The Wowhead guide recommends not using Demon Spikes even if the
  charges will cap if Metamorphis is active since that would be
  redundant damage reduction.
• fix(demonhunter): improve Fiery Soul vengeance build
  Use Fiery Brand on cooldown and move the suggestion for Fiery Brand
  to the short cooldown icon when using the Fiery Soul build in
  Vengeance specialization.
• fix(demonhunter): move Infernal Strike to the "offensive" icon
  Infernal Strike often needs to be held up for movement, especially
  when tanking in dungeons, so move the suggestion over the
  offensive icon that already contains other movement abilities for
  getting within range of the target.
