  Drop support for subtlety rogue until it is updated for 9.1, and
  note that assassination rogue is fully supported.
• fix(rogue): update assassination script for Shadowlands 9.1
  • Support all Covenant abilities, including Echoing Reprimand.
  • Provide more guidance on maintaining Garrote and Rupture on
    multiple targets.
  • Relax the usage of Vanish to promote using it more often instead
    of always trying to synchronize with Vendetta or other abilities.
• druid(guardian): fix typo in comment
• druid(guardian): don't overlap Barkskin and Survival Instincts
• mage(frost): adjust Mirrors of Torment usage
  Avoid using Mirrors of Torment, which generates Brain Freeze procs,
  if Frozen Orb is active and the Freezing Winds legendary is
  equipped because the latter will generate so many of Fingers of
  Frost procs that one or the other would be wasted.
• mage(frost): suggest Ice Lance when the target is frozen
  Instead of only suggesting Ice Lance with Fingers of Frost or if
  the target has Winter's Chill, also suggest it if the target is
  frozen and will cause Ice Lance to shatter on impact.
