  • fix(scripts): adapt to runeforge power ID changes in Ovale
    Ovale since 9.1.4 allows for using runeforge power IDs instead of
    legendary bonus IDs to identify an equipped runeforge power. Use
    the power IDs since they are easier to extract from the live game
    client.
