Nekometer

This version introduces the concept of modal meters. Each meter now has 2 modes:

• combat mode reports data for the current combat
• total mode reports data since the last reset

Switching modes:

• the mode can be toggled with a new button on the title bar
• each meter remembers its last selected mode individually

Additional changes:

• the meter "Dps (combat)" is renamed to "Dps" (in combat mode it works as before, in total mode it displays the total average dps of each recorded combat segment, including current combat)
• the meter "Dps (current)" is removed
• fixed an issue where the window layout was not restored when the addon was disabled and re-enabled
