Need Before Greed 1.0.4 - Play with a controller

Restart the game after updating (new files). A /reload is not enough.

- Play with a controller (the game's controller support or ConsolePort): the d-pad moves between the seats
  and the Need / Greed / Pass choices and A presses; X is Need, Y Greed, the right bumper Pass, and A hurries
  the table along. B or Start opens the menu; Back the class reference.
- Place things with the controller: the minimap button. NetherSuite > Settings > Behaviour > "Place things
  with the controller" (or its key binding): the d-pad moves the highlighted piece (a minimap button turns
  round the minimap), the bumpers go to the next one, X switches big and small steps, Y sizes what can be
  sized, A keeps it, B puts it back.
