Description
Original Project Name: Necromancer's Pet Frames (ArdenWoW).
Optimized mod from the original mod created by @Smollett.
Many bugs on original version where summon could be stuck in HUD or disappear with no reason.
This version optimise the code to fix all sync / refresh problems.
Changes from the original addon to version 0.5:
- Combat updates: minion rows can appear, update and disappear during combat.
- Accurate health: removed the invented 1,000 HP starting value. Health comes from actual unit readings; estimates are marked with
~. - Automatic health reads: nearby minions can update through nameplates without requiring mouseover.
- Readable bars: health numbers appear above the bar, and long names stay on one line.
- Safer tracking: unrelated buff expiry and failed targeting no longer delete minions. Living-unit readings override conflicting buff or Life Force estimates.
- Army changes: added replacement tracking, dynamic summon capacity and handling for every installed rank of Sacrifice Undead.
- Individual targeting: identical summons now use separate unit references, checked again when clicked. Clicking remains available outside combat.
- Exit crash fix: removed unsafe nameplate access during shutdown.
Added commands:
/nm refresh— rescan minions./nm clear— clear stale entries and rescan./nm autohealth onoroff— toggle automatic health reads./nm status— show tracking information./nm trace— show recent removal reasons.
Credit to Smollett to create the original add-on.
