Summary

• add a profile-level Show frame buttons option under Frame settings
• hide the U / R / M priority buttons and lock button when disabled
• remove the controls' reserved layout space while hidden
• localize the new option for all supported locales
• add unit coverage for controls sizing
• bump addon version to 1.1.12

Validation

• git diff --check
• verified the locale key exists in all 12 locale files
• GitHub Actions will run Lua 5.1 syntax checks, luacheck, and busted
