Announce who puts down annoying items like Toy Trains or Mole Machines

Announce to Raid, Raid Warning (if raid leader or assist), Party or Echo to yourself the name (as a link) of the Player who uses annoying items like the Toy Train Set or the Direbrew Remote (Personal Mole Machine). Nark will only announce if a Raid or Party member uses an item, but it will also Echo (print only on your screen) anybody that uses an item near you.

• Announce to Raid, Raid Warning or Party
• Echo to yourself if you don't want to openly Nark on someone
• Can easily toggle on and off
• Watch for Toy Train Set
• Watch for Direbrew's Remote (Personal Mole Machine)

I wrote this mainly for raiders to call out people that use Toy Trains at inappropriate times, or people that try to put down Personal Mole Machines on top of food or cauldrons.
