• Run the release workflow on a Blacksmith runner
Matches the other WarcraftPlus workflows and moves the job off
  GitHub-hosted runners.

• Support 12.1.5: move item level lookups to C_Item
12.1.5 removes the deprecated global item functions, so the bare
GetDetailedItemLevelInfo calls now resolve to nil. Four of them were
unguarded and threw on login (NARC.lua and NARC_Bags.lua); the two in
NARC_UI.lua and NARC_Vault.lua were guarded and would have silently
reported item level 0. All six now call C_Item.GetDetailedItemLevelInfo,
which already exists on 12.1, so older clients are unaffected.
Adds 120105 to the TOC Interface line and bumps the version to 3.2.2.
