• Overhaul data sync and version check for reliability (v2.0.0)
  Fixes long-standing Great Vault display bugs: guildmates showing as not
  claimed when they had claimed, and empty reward rows for players who had
  earned data. Last-week vault data is purged on login and rejected at
  the write boundary.
  Replaces the per-type passive messages (PVAULT / PBAGS / PCREST / PGEAR /
  PCATA / PVER) and the REQ/DATA scan protocol with a single holistic
  PDATA broadcast and a single write path. Wire format is breaking.
  Version check now opens instantly from the cache, sends and receives
  directly without ChatThrottleLib, jitter reduced to 0-150ms, and junk
  item-link responses from old clients are filtered out.
  Interface bumped to 120001, 120005 for the .5 patch.
