• Add bag scanning, unified data stream, and ChatThrottleLib (v1.5.0)
  Bag scanning: detect items in bags that represent wasted upgrade potential
  (higher track or more upgraded than equipped). Upgrade calculations now
  factor in bag items for accurate crest cost estimates. Champion track
  items are now tracked alongside Hero and Myth.
  Unified data stream: all player data (gear, crests, catalyst, vault,
  bags, version) now syncs as a single chunked message (DATA/PDATA)
  instead of 6 separate message types. Reduces addon message count by
  ~60% and eliminates chunk drops from channel congestion.
  Integrated ChatThrottleLib for safe rate-limited message delivery.
  Added automatic retry for incomplete scan data. Vault and version
  now sync via the manifest/delta protocol.
  UI: added Seen column, paperdoll anchored left with slot tooltips,
  track labels use Myth/Hero consistently. RC integration: gear count
  column includes bag items with dedicated tooltip section.
