• Fix hideVotes hiding the candidate response column
  The "Hide Vote Columns" setting was incorrectly bundling the "response"
  column (candidate's declared button press — BiS Main, MS, OS, Pass)
  with the council voting UI ("votes", "vote"). These are separate
  concepts: response is what the candidate chose, votes/vote is the
  council's voting mechanism.
  hideVotes now only hides the actual voting UI. The response column
  stays visible so the loot master can see what each candidate wants.
