    chore(locale): align X-Localization-For to NaowhSmartReminders 1.4.29

    - Upstream 1.4.29 only rotates the pack signature key (data-security
      change); no player-facing strings changed, so this is a zero-translation
      bump. Scan diff: +0 added / -0 removed / 0 drift.
    - Lua dictionary unchanged (DICT 609 / TEMPLATES 30 / FORMATS 11 / SKIP 58);
      full 11-script verification suite still passes.
