Add Interface 120105 to the TOC compatibility list for WoW 12.1.5

Upstream NaowhSmartReminders has not shipped a 12.1.5 build yet, so
the localization alignment target stays at 1.4.28 (same as 1.4.28-0).
This release only extends the client compatibility list, keeping the
pack loadable on retail 12.1.5 instead of being flagged as outdated.

Addon code scanned against the 12.1.5 API changes (removed deprecated
globals, re-signatured aura APIs, new forbidden aspects): 0 hits in
Locale.lua and both dictionaries.
