Tracks the usage of a players trinket usage on their nameplate when in Arena, Battlegrounds, Duels, and in-combat while not in an instance or duel so things like World PVP and testing dummies.
This also offers the ability to track other CC breaking or immunity based spells so you know when you can definitely CC them without issue, the primary idea is for being able to cap bases safely.
We also take into account healer reduced trinket cooldown time, and we also track reset in BGs to reset all active cds in the list.
Performance:
This code only runs when inside instances (pvp only instances), when in a duel outside of an instance, and when not in an instance or duel and in combat.

Interface Options:
- Test Mode, Only works outside of an instance.
- Track Trinket only, Turning this off tracks other spells similar that prevent cc.
- Target Only, Show only for the current target nameplate
- Show on Allies, Shows on friendly nameplates
- Ignore Nameplate Alpha, Turning this off keeps the icons fully visible even when the nameplate fades out.
- Ignore Nameplate Scale, Turning this off keeps the icons at the size you set even when the nameplate gets bigger or smaller.

Slash commands
Typing /npt opens the settings, and typing /npt test toggles on/off test mode.
