Nameplate Target Border

This is a simple addon whose goal is to make the default nameplates more recognizable. With the Midnight addon overhaul we have fewer tools at our disposal to customize nameplates. There are an increasing number of players using the default nameplates. They offer little customization. So much so that I've found identifying which unit is targeted and focused difficult to distinguish, especially with multiple grouped units.

My goal was to provide a simple addon with a small amount of customization that would make your target and focus target more distinguished. The most straightforward way to do this with the recent API restrictions is to add a border around unit nameplates.
