Nameplate Health

Shows heath and absorb amount as text on nameplates.

This also provides you several options to configure:

• Whether or not to show the absorb info
• Whether or not to show percentages or only percentages
• What unit types you want to track health information about
• Font Family, Size, and Color
• Positioning on the nameplate

We also only track health info when there's updates or if you change a setting so we reduce the amount of code running at any given time.

Slash commands
