Nameplate GCD Tracker - Latest Spell on Friendly & Enemy Nameplates

Patch 12.0.5 broke this addon.
The WoW API event UNIT_SPELLCAST_SUCCEEDED no longer exposes the spell ID needed by this addon, so Nameplate GCD Tracker currently does not work anymore.

I’m trying to find a workaround, but for now the addon should be considered temporarily broken. :(
