Added functionality for using and saving to account-wide and per-character settings:

  • Typing /nactp settings a will enable account-wide settings
  • Typing /nactp settings c will enable per-character settings
  • While in account-wide mode, any changes to size, position or notifications are saved to account-wide settings. Logging in to another character will assume account-wide mode and use these settings.
  • While in per-character mode, any changes to size, position or notifications are saved to per-character settings. Logging in to another character will assume per-character mode and use previously-saved settings for that character.
