Provides general functionality to all NAC addons.

• Defines and provides text color escape commands used in all NAC addon print statements.
• Defines and provides print functions for debugging NAC addons.

Slash Commands:

• /nac version to view the current version.

Dependent NAC Addons:

• NAC - Toy Picker (no longer needs NAC - Core)
• NAC - Auto Emoter
