Talent switcher polish and list layout fixes.

• The minimap tooltip now shows mouse icons for the left and right button instead of spelling "left-click" and "right-click" out in the text, and the redundant drag line is gone.
• Clicking anywhere outside the quick list closes it. This does not block clicks anywhere else on the screen.
• The quick list is now sized to fit the longest specialization configuration name, so long names are shown in full instead of being cut off. The height stays fixed and long lists scroll.
• List rows are vertically centered, configuration rows carry a small marker, and the whole row is clickable instead of only a small block around the text.
• Fixed the scrollbar: it no longer overlaps the rows, it stays inside its track while scrolling, and its track stays visible even when everything fits.
• Checkboxes now look exactly like the ones in the other Mzx addons.
