Version C:

- Added pre-recorded values for (most) Court of Stars mobs.

- Fixed a lua error when mobs die with the "always show nameplates" option enabled. Thanks to /u/Ceit for the report!

- Fixed incorrect value for Mak'rana Hardshell in Eye of Azshara, thanks to /u/i34773 for the report!

Version A & B:

- NEW FEATURE: Progress is now displayed on enemy nameplates! Can be toggled off with "/mpp nameplates" Thanks to /u/Myrag on reddit for suggesting this feature!

- Fixed a bug with the scorpions in Neltharion's Lair not recording correctly. They're apparently considered "vehicles"!

- Fixed incorrect value for Skjal in Maw of Souls

- Added another 40 or so NPCs
