- Fixed a lua error popping up when killing mobs that give 0% progress (this happens a lot in Black Rook Hold apparently, not sure why) - Added "/mpp combatonly" command which makes the "current pull display" only display while you are in combat. - Added "/mpp currentpull" command which toggles the current pull functionality on/off completely.
