MythicNotes

MythicNotes is an in-game reference for the eight Midnight Season 2 Mythic+ dungeons. Click the minimap button and get a clean, searchable breakdown of every dungeon's mobs and the abilities that matter — no alt-tabbing to a spreadsheet mid-key.

What it does

• Minimap button → Pick a dungeon, then a mob (grouped Trash/Bosses), and the right pane shows everything about it.
• Ability cards that split INFORMATION (Avoid, Frontal, Tank buster, Debuff type, Buff, Party damage) from COUNTERS (how you deal with it).
• Counters as real spells, tailored by class — dispels resolved from the debuff's school to the actual spell each class uses (a Curse shows Remove Curse / Remove Corruption / Cleanse Spirit; Freedom shows Blessing of Freedom), each with a live tooltip and icon.

   

  New — Class tips

  • Per-class dungeon tricks now show in the mob detail: a class-coloured tips card at the top of the mob, plus an inline cue on the exact ability it applies to (e.g. Precast + the spell icon, with the full tooltip on hover).
  • Seeded with two classes:
    • Death Knight — Anti-Magic Shell usage across all 8 dungeons.
    • Mage — Greater Invisibility, Spellsteal, Energized Barriers, Blink, Ring of Frost, Polymorph, and more (work in progress — more will be added ).
  • Built to grow — more classes will be added over time.

  New — Spotting your mobs

  • Mobs your current class has a tip for now show your class icon next to their name in the list.
  • New "Only my class tips" checkbox above the mob list dims every mob you have no tip for, so the ones that matter to you stand out.
