Initial release. Captures Mythic+ history when inspecting group or raid members, merges with MythicMetaData's guild-tracked data in a single window. Data is local only — never synced. Context labeling (Group, M+, Raid) inferred at capture. Purge review window with per-entry holds. Hard combat lockout on all paths. Thanks to Seronja-Azgalor for testing assistance.
