Mythic+ Tracker

Added

• Keystones of group and guild members who don't run MythicPlusTracker. Rows now also fill from LibKeystone, which DBM and similar addons already ship. Such values carry a *; hovering one shows where it came from and when it arrived.
• Click a group member's name for the usual player menu. The same one a right-click in the group frame opens — whisper, set focus, raid target icon. Guild and Twinks rows have no live unit behind them and stay unclickable.
• Click a dungeon name to open the Adventure Guide there. Works in the Keystones, Overview and Runs tabs and on the sidebar's best run, opens on Mythic difficulty and closes the tracker behind it. The icon keeps teleporting you.

Fixed

• The quick teleport strip came up as a thin line after logging in while set to Vertical. Its orientation was read before WoW had restored the saved settings, so only the wrong axis got sized — switching the setting and back was the only repair.
