• feat(DN): seed Den of Nalorakk S2 guide structure
  Scaffold the 3-boss dungeon (The Hoardmonger, Sentinel of Winter,
  Nalorakk) with intro / Warding Incense / notable trash / boss sections
  wired to ns.Spell() IDs sourced from warcraft.wiki.gg and verified
  against Wowhead. Trash section is a placeholder pending in-game
  verification of the Amani trash kit (Beasthandlers, Frost Loa
  Initiates, patrolling Wind Serpents).
  Den of Nalorakk is a Midnight Season 2 dungeon, grouped under "S2".
  The Nalorakk section opens with a short intro paragraph explaining
  that Zul'jarra is a friendly NPC who interposes between the tank and
  the boss, alternating between shielding the tank from Onslaught and
  being targeted by Echoes the group must intercept.
  Also adds AGENTS.md pointing contributors to README.md.
